Reborn dolls are made available for purchase upon completion. I am currently fulfilling custom orders and available dolls are a bit limited. Subscribers are notified when there is a new doll for purchase!
What is the return or exchange policy?
How long does it take to receive my order?
Refunds nor exchanges are processed due to the unique nature of each doll. High resolution, unedited pictures are provided to ensure satisfaction.
AVAILABLE DOLLS:
Please allow 3-5 business days upon purchase to fulfill your order. Thereafter, an email with carrier tracking and an anticipated date of arrival will be sent to the email address on file.
CUSTOM DOLLS :
Reborning is a very detailed process and can take 4-12 weeks depending on doll preferences. Customers will be kept abreast of the process along the way via email and/or text messages. I will also send pictures before, during, and after your doll is completed. You may decline pictures if you would rather be surprised at your box opening!
How much is shipping?
$75-$100 estimated domestically. Exact rates are applied during checkout.
International orders will vary.
I ship domestically and internationally. The customer is responsible for international custom or import fees. Upon purchase, allow 3-5 business days to package and fulfill your order. Thereafter, an email will be sent with carrier tracking and an anticipated date of arrival to the email address on file.
